Design Engineer (Mechanical Fresher) – Signage

Location: Baner, Pune

Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (WFO, Night Shift, aligned with U.S. hours)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our team as Design Engineers for signage projects. This role involves preparing design drawings and layouts for fabrication. Candidates with knowledge of CorelDRAW will have an added advantage; however, training will be provided to the right candidates who are willing to learn. Strong English communication skills are mandatory as the role requires coordination with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and prepare design drawings for signage projects including LED signs, dimensional letters, and ADA signage.

· Work on design layouts and convert concepts into fabrication-ready drawings.

· Modify and update customer-provided designs as per project requirements.

· Coordinate with project managers to understand design briefs and deliver accurate outputs.

· Ensure proper documentation and organization of design files.

· Follow project timelines and maintain quality standards.

· Learn and apply design tools like CorelDRAW and other relevant software.

· Ensure designs comply with client specifications and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:





· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers can apply).

· Basic understanding of engineering drawing/design concepts.

· Good English communication skills (mandatory).

· Willingness to learn recent design tools and technologies.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

· Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

· Knowledge of CorelDRAW.& Solidworks.

· Exposure to fabrication drawings or signage industry.

Training & Growth:

Training will be provided on CorelDRAW and signage design processes. Opportunity to grow into advanced design and project roles.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
