An Operation Theatre (OT) Assistant prepares and maintains the surgical suite, assists surgeons and nurses during operations, and manages medical sterilization.
Core Responsibilities

- Theatre Preparation: Set up surgical equipment, lights, tables, and instrument trays before procedures.
- Surgical Support: Hand tools to surgeons and assist the medical team during active operations.
- Sterilization & Clean-up: Disinfect surfaces, clean tools, and maintain strict infection control protocols post-surgery.
- Patient Transport: Safely move and position patients into the operating room.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of surgical instruments and sterilization methods.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT) or relevant certification.
- Composure: High attention to detail and ability to work calmly in high-stress emergency environments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
