- Assist in the day-to-day operations of outlets and the corporate operations team.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and operational performance across outlets.
- Analyze operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support inventory planning, procurement, and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, finance, marketing,HR, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Help develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, food costs, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of recent store launches, promotions, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
