Mechanical Engineer (Electrical & Plumbing / MEP) – Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at site.
- Plan, execute, and monitor installation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing pipelines.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work is completed as per project specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Handle site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Manage maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely procurement of required items.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
