Job Summary

This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch and optimization, including new product development, product renewals, and market expansions. It defines product vision and strategy, translates customer and market insights into clear requirements and roadmaps, leads cross-functional execution, and drives launch, pricing, positioning, packaging, and vendor strategies while ensuring IP compliance and acting as a product evangelist to support successful market adoption.

Responsibilities

- Set up product vision and strategy and guide the success of a product.
- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas and determine which ideas should be promoted into features to push the product strategy forward.
- Responsible for defining the requirements for each feature and the desired user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer and market requirements into a clear, optimized product roadmap.




- Ideate launch strategy for the new product, marketing concepts & stories for new product launch through influencers, marketplace communication, website & social media communication.
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvements; through post launch reviews
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Lead the design and development of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions that align with brand identity and product requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors that meet company standards for quality, cost, and reliability.
- Researches patents, copyrights and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringement issues involved

Requirements

- MBA from any reputed B-school
- Enthusiast about plants & gardening
- Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analysis to inform decisions
- Keeps up to date with changes in the market and technology that would affect new product development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a quick thinker
