Engineer / Sr. Engineer Production Organic Coating

- Kohler Operating System roadmap and standards
- Respect Kohler EHS policy

- Rotational shifts, exposure to powders, solvents, and heat.

Qualification & Knowledge:

Qualification

- Engineering Degree holder in Mechanical/Chemical/Paint technology or Surface Coating.

Experience

- 4-5 years in manufacturing industry with relevant experience in operation of conveyorized powder coating plant with reciprocator and liquid painting plant with robotic spray operation.
- IT Skills: SAP, MS office tools (Word, Excel Macro, PowerPoint), Power Bi.

Essentials:

- Certification in robotic programming & operation.
- Production Planning, Analytical problem Solving & Decision Making.

Surface Coating, Powder Coating, Film Thickness, Robotics Programming, Sprey
