- Lead the Team: Hire, train, and motivate staff to do their jobs well.
- Manage Money: Oversee the branch budget and track daily cash flow, income, and expenses.
- Grow Sales: Find current customers and create plans to boost branch revenue.
- Customer Service: Solve problems and make sure all clients are happy with their experience.
- Daily Operations: Make sure the branch opens on time, equipment works, and security rules are followed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
