Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and team management experience. The role involves leading the design team, handling client communication, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creatives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Social Media creatives
- Design creatives for social media, ads, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide creative solutions
- Review and ensure quality of all design and video outputs
- Plan and guide video content in coordination with the editing team
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements:





- Minimum 4 years of experience in Graphic Designing
- Experience in team handling or leadership role
- Valuable English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in client coordination
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
