Position: Property Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality (Postcard Hotel preferred)
Joining: Immediate (preferable)

We're seeking a Property Manager with hands-on experience in luxury guest service, operations, and team leadership — ideally from The Postcard Hotel or similar high-end boutique properties.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including hotel, restaurant, and café
- Maintain luxury service standards and attention to detail across departments
- Lead, train, and inspire the hospitality team
- Manage budgets, vendor relations, guest feedback, and SOPs
- Ensure property upkeep, aesthetics, and ambiance align with brand vision
- Coordinate with marketing, events, and back-end operations

Requirements:





- 3+ years in boutique luxury hospitality
- Prior experience in a managerial role at Postcard Hotel or similar brands (a must-have or robust preference)
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, F&B;, guest relations, and service excellence
- Goa-based or willing to relocate
