Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
- Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.

Accounts Receivable

- Generate customer invoices for HVAC projects, service contracts.
- Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

Accounts Payable

- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Verify purchase orders, goods received, and supplier invoices.
- Maintain vendor records and reconcile supplier statements.

Payroll & Compliance

- Assist in payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, labor regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS.

Banking & Cash Management

- Perform bank reconciliations.




- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
- Handle online banking transactions and payment processing.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Understanding of project accounting and inventory management.
- Knowledge of tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
