We are hiring one exceptional Revit designer to join our US project delivery team full time. This is not a drafting-only seat and it is not task outsourcing. You will take design intent from a sketch to a complete, coordinated Construction Document set, and you will own the model while you do it. If you think like a designer and produce like a machine in Revit, keep reading. If you only push lines from redlines, this is not the role.

About Studio RNB Studio RNB is a US-based architecture, engineering, and development firm serving residential, commercial, and data center clients. We are building a dedicated India-based production team, integrating full-time members into our US delivery workflow rather than farming out task work. You work on real projects, with real ownership, alongside our US team.

What You'll Do

- Take design further, not just document it. Develop schematic sketches into full CD sets, making sound design and detailing decisions with minimal oversight.
- Own the model. Manage Revit worksharing, central models, and family libraries. Build custom families from scratch when a project needs them.
- Coordinate. Integrate structural and MEP consultants' drawings into the architectural model and catch conflicts before they reach the field.
- Hold the standard. Follow Studio RNB's Revit template, sheet naming, title block standards, and QC checklists on every deliverable.





Required Qualifications

- Revit mastery. Advanced, real proficiency: worksets, worksharing, custom family authoring, and template discipline. This is the core of the job.
- US project experience. At least 1 to 2 years on US-based projects using Imperial units and US drafting conventions (line weights, sheet numbering, and so on). This is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
- Production depth. 3+ years in professional architectural drafting, with full CD sets you have taken start to finish.
- Design judgment. You can make detailing and design decisions on your own, not only execute redlines.
- Education. B.Arch or M.Arch.
- Software. AutoCAD proficiency required. Rhino 8 and Grasshopper are a solid plus.
- Portfolio. 2 to 3 CD samples of your direct production work, emailed per the instructions above.
- Schedule. Able to overlap roughly 3 hours daily with US Eastern Time.
- Communication. Comfortable discussing technical architectural issues over video in English.

Pay: ₹58,940.00 - ₹94,304.00 per month
