Job Summary

Radiant Innovative Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager / Senior Manager to lead the Quality function at our Sriperumbudur, Chennai manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Automotive Plastic Injection Moulding and a strong understanding of quality systems, customer quality, supplier quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, and OEM customer requirements.
- Drive APQP, PPAP, AIAG-VDA FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA activities.
- Lead internal audits, process audits, customer audits, and supplier audits.
- Handle customer complaints using 8D, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage customer quality and supplier quality performance.
- Ensure process capability and product quality through effective quality controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools.
- Develop and mentor the Quality team while collaborating with Production, Tool Room, Process Engineering, and NPD teams.
- Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to reduce defects,



rejections, and customer complaints.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Automotive Plastic Injection Moulding Industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers is preferred.
