HR RECRUITER – F&B; RETAIL

Experience Required
Minimum 2+ Years in Recruitment
F&B; / Retail Industry Preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Manage bulk hiring for retail outlets (Counter Sales Staff,Supervisor's, Manager's)
- Coordinate manpower planning with operations team
- Source candidates through portals, social media and field hiring
- Conduct HR interviews and candidate shortlisting
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Attendance and leave management
- Payroll coordination and salary processing support

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Immediate joiners preferred

Language Requirements

- Hindi
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Telugu

Preferred Skills

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Good understanding of retail hiring trends
- Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously
- Knowledge in HR operations and generalist activities
