1. Production Planning & Control

- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with PPC for production planning and dispatch priorities.
- Monitor production output and optimize machine utilization.
- Minimize production delays and downtime.

2. Aluminium Die Casting Operations

- Manage High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), Gravity Die Casting (GDC), and Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) operations (as applicable).
- Ensure correct machine setup and process parameters.
- Monitor molten metal handling and furnace operations.
- Supervise die changeover activities and reduce setup time.
- Ensure proper alloy selection and metal quality.

3. Process Improvement

- Improve productivity through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Reduce cycle time and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Implement process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor rejection trends and implement corrective actions.

4. Quality Management

- Ensure production complies with customer specifications.
- Work closely with the Quality Department to reduce defects.
- Drive Zero Defect and Right First Time initiatives.
- Monitor scrap, rework, and rejection rates.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, and CAPA activities.

5. Manpower Management

- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor attendance, shift planning, and overtime.
- Conduct operator training and skill development.




- Evaluate operator performance and productivity.
- Maintain discipline and motivation on the shop floor.

6. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination

- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the Maintenance Department.
- Ensure machine availability and minimize downtime.
- Monitor die maintenance schedules.
- Ensure proper lubrication and TPM activities.

7. Safety & Environment

- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Conduct daily safety toolbox talks.
- Investigate production-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Promote safe handling of molten aluminium.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

8. Cost Control

- Reduce production costs through waste elimination.
- Control metal loss and consumable usage.
- Improve energy efficiency.
- Optimize manpower utilization.
- Reduce overtime and production inefficiencies.

9. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare Daily Production Reports (DPR).
- Maintain shift reports and production records.
- Monitor production KPIs.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and production documentation.

10. Audit & Compliance

- Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal procedures.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Implement audit observations and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹18,321.84 - ₹45,000.00 per month
