We are looking for a highly motivated Executive – B2B Digital Marketing with 1–2 years of experience to support our brand building, lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, content writing, and digital campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
- Run email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement
- Support LinkedIn content marketing initiatives for leadership and company branding
- Write blogs, website content, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts
- Coordinate with sales and business teams to create marketing campaigns for talent marketplace and staffing services
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on leads, engagement, and conversions
- Assist in SEO initiatives including keyword research, blog optimization, and website content updates
- Support webinar, event, and employer branding campaigns
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Research competitors, industry trends, and customer segments

Requirements

- Graduate / BBA / MBA with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in service-based industries




- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, and content marketing
- Strong written communication and content writing skills
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms is preferred
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in running LinkedIn Ads and lead generation campaigns
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website content optimization
- Experience in writing blogs and thought leadership content
- Exposure to B2B marketing for technology, staffing, or HR-related businesses
