Role OverviewWe are looking for a qualified M.Phil Child Psychologist to join our online child development platform. You will provide remote, evidence-based teletherapy to children facing neurodevelopmental and behavioural challenges. Your role involves assessing children, designing virtual intervention plans, and empowering parents through online coaching.Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online psychological assessments and diagnostic screenings for children.
- Deliver teletherapy for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and learning disabilities.
- Manage therapy sessions for childhood anxiety, depression, and behavioural disorders.
- Design customized, evidence-based digital intervention and behavior modification plans.
- Provide remote parent counseling and training to ensure continuity at home.
- Maintain secure, confidential digital documentation of clinical progress notes.
- Collaborate virtually with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators.

Required Qualifications

- Education: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or Child Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Licensure:



Valid professional registration/license to practice (e.g., RCI registration in India).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience working with pediatric populations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and digital EHR tools.
