Location: Kochi (Candidates should be based out of Kochi or willing to relocate.)

Role Purpose

As a Design Consultant, you will lead customers through their home interior journey by combining

design expertise with sales excellence. You will understand customer requirements, create inspiring

design solutions, convert enquiries into successful projects, and deliver an exceptional customer

experience from consultation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Consult with customers to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, space, and budget.

* Develop and present cutting-edge interior design solutions that meet customer needs.

* Convert company-generated and self-generated leads into confirmed projects.

* Build strong customer relationships through effective consultation, communication, and follow-up.

* Manage clients through estimation, design finalization, production, execution, and project

handover.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

* Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

* Generate referrals and contribute to business growth.





Qualifications & Experience

* B.Sc. in Interior Design, B.Voc in Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design, or an equivalent

qualification.

* 0–3 years of experience in Interior Design, Design Consulting, or Sales. Experience in modular

interiors, furniture, home décor, or related industries is preferred.

* Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for design and sales are

encouraged to apply.

* Candidates should be based out of Kochi or willing to relocate.

Skills Required

* Strong design visualization, space planning, and presentation skills.

* Excellent sales, negotiation, and client conversion abilities.

* Solid communication skills in English and Malayalam.

* Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about design and sales.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
