Job Description:

- Engage and interact primarily with professionals in the United States.
- Analyze job requirements from top-tier direct clients, including Alcon, Boehringer,
Boeing, Merck, Organon, Novartis, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Seqirus, and more.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals, in-house databases,
LinkedIn, and relevant community sites.
- Conduct initial interview rounds with candidates and coordinate further assessments
with Delivery Managers and the US-based Account Managers.
- The role is a blend of inside sales and marketing, with a strong focus on talent
acquisition. It is NOT a traditional HR job.

Candidate Profile:-

- Highly motivated, driven, hungry for success, needs minimum supervision.
- Loves interaction with strangers, especially foreigners.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Any degree (All disciplines/branches are welcome to apply).
- Willingness to work in the Evening Shift:-> March –November: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday - Friday).
& November – March (Daylight Saving): 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday - Friday).
