The Project Manager is accountable for coordinating liaison approvals across government agencies, ensuring design consultant drawings match procurement and execution, and maintaining the master execution schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

Liaison & Regulatory Coordination

- Track all liaison stages from DD application through commissioning across TANGEDCO, NCES, CEIG and SLDC.
- Own customer document collection and liaison (Name transfers, Line estimate vendor code, DDs, POA, land records, GST/PAN, HT bill, etc.).
- Maintain security deposit refund tracker.
- Proactively escalate pending approvals before they impact schedule.

Design & Drawing Verification

- Hold the Design Consultant to the MDL drawing schedule.




- Verify BOM items against relevant drawings before release.
- Resolve mismatches between design, site conditions and procurement.

Schedule, Site & Material Oversight

- Manage master schedule from design through commissioning.
- Coordinate Site Incharge, Purchase Head and Design Consultant.
- Conduct weekly cross-functional reviews.

Critical Design Verification Items

- MMS and foundations.
- Transformer specifications.
- VCB and switchyard layout.
- LT Panel configuration.
- Cable routing.
- Earthing and lightning protection.
- 33kV switchyard.
- Bus duct sizing.
- Civil foundations.
- Module cleaning system.
- SLDC telemetry & data logger.
- Inverter location and canopy.

Candidate Skills

- Read SLDs, GA and foundation drawings.
- TN OA/HT liaison knowledge.
- Autocad( good to have)
- Advanced Excel.
- Consultant/vendor schedule management.
- EPC coordination.
