About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth activities in the Dental, Jewellery, and Healthcare Equipment sectors. The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and grow sales in assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, hospitals, dental clinics, jewellery manufacturers, and corporate clients.
- Generate recent business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and support sales team activities (where applicable).
- Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management / territory sales.
- Experience in Dental Industry, Jewellery Industry, Healthcare Equipment, Medical Equipment, or related industries preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Result-oriented approach with strong market understanding.
