We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible KOT & Billing Executive to manage restaurant order processing and customer billing efficiently. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate order entry, timely communication with the kitchen, and error-free billing while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) accurately.
- Receive customer orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- Prepare customer bills accurately and process payments through cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
- Verify billing details before finalizing transactions.
- Handle bill corrections, cancellations,



and refunds as per hotel policy.
- Maintain daily billing records and cash reports.
- Ensure all POS transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries professionally.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to resolve order discrepancies.
- Follow company policies regarding billing, cash handling, and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter and work area.
