Designation: Logistic Manager

Location: Shindewadi , Katraj, Pune

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities -

- Plan, manage, and optimize complete logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods in coordination with production, sales, and procurement teams
- Oversee fleet management, route planning, and transporter performance to maximize efficiency
- Manage and negotiate with logistics vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality
- Monitor logistics costs, identify savings opportunities, and ensure budget adherence
- Lead, train, and monitor logistics and dispatch teams to achieve operational targets
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and documentation requirements




- Handle delays, damages, and operational issues with quick resolution and minimal business impact
- Implement systems and process improvements (ERP, tracking tools) to enhance efficiency and visibility
- Use data and reports to analyze performance and drive continuous
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, stock register, etc.)  Minimize stock discrepancies, losses, and wastage
- Training team members to create a positive & accountable setting

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
