Role description
AI / GenAI Engineering Skills
Has basic exposure to Large Language Model (LLM)–based application development concepts.
Has worked with LangChain for prompt orchestration, tool calling, and simple chain-based workflows.
Understands fundamentals of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) including document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search.
Has exposure to Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI for model access, prompt configuration, and basic usage patterns.
Understands prompt structuring, input grounding, and response validation at a foundational level.
Has awareness of Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio for configuring copilots and understanding enterprise copilot concepts.
Familiar with handling context windows, token limits, and basic latency considerations in LLM applications.
Frontend
Demonstrates foundational proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React, enabling the creation of responsive user interfaces.
Has experience working with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, Formik, and Yup.
Understands basic UI/UX principles, including usability and responsive design concepts.
Backend
Possesses foundational proficiency in Python and Django for backend development tasks.
Has been exposed to FastAPI for lightweight API development, which is preferred.
Understands asynchronous processing using Celery at a basic level.
Has working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Azure SQL databases.
Understands RESTful APIs and JSON-based communication.
Cloud Services
Has exposure to Microsoft Azure Portal, Resource Groups, and Blob Storage.
Demonstrates a foundational understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Skills
Qualifications
Has 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development or related roles.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering,
or a related field.
Has foundational experience with frontend and backend technologies.
Is familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Preferred Experience
Has exposure to FastAPI or contemporary API frameworks.
Has experience working with Azure cloud services.
Understands CI/CD and DevOps practice at a basic level.
Has experience working in collaborative or distributed team environments.
