Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Site Engineer to oversee structural strengthening, retrofitting, grouting, and waterproofing projects across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should possess strong site execution, measurement, billing verification, project coordination, and quality control skills.

Current Project Exposure Supreme Tower – Sector 99, Noida

- PMM Work
- PU Coating
- Retrofitting Work

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare estimates based on working drawings.
- Verify and certify measurements, bills, and quantities submitted by contractors, clients, and site representatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation, measurement sheets, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources at project sites.




- Monitor quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and other project management tools.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of structural retrofitting, waterproofing, and grouting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent measurement and estimation skills.
- Strong project management and quality control abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Preferred but not Mandatory).
- Experience in site execution, retrofitting, waterproofing, structural repairs, or related construction projects preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on site management experience will be given preference.
