- Experience in heavy engineering, automotive, fabrication, or manufacturing industries.
- Good knowledge of welding techniques, weld quality standards, and safety practices.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet production deadlines.
Location- Sulur, Coimbatore ( Need Local Candidate only )
- Perform MIG welding on MS, SS, and structural components as per engineering drawings.
- Ensure strong, accurate, and high-quality welds while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
- Set up and operate MIG welding machines and related equipment.
- Inspect welded joints for defects and carry out necessary corrections or rework.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, WPS, and work instructions.
- Follow safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding equipment.
