Job Description: The role reports to the Zonal Academic Manager and is responsible for the academic program this includes

providing oversight, management and coaching to your team of teachers.



In addition to regular classroom

observations, the Academic Manager is responsible for leading trainings, inductions & assisting with lesson

planning, with a variety of administrative duties. Someone who can motivate a team to provide fun,

engaging and interactive learning experiences for their students.

Key Responsibilities:

 Support School in curriculum implementation & supervision

 Ensure Quality lessons are being delivered to the students

 Suggest strategies for improving efficiency & effectiveness

 Planning and conducting teacher training programs at various centers.

 Preparing teacher training reports

 Forming a report of each participant based on their performance during teacher training.

 Visiting centers' for quality audits and making a report for the same

 Developed forms like quality check of centre', Audit, Teacher Training.

Qualification & Requisite:

 M.Ed / B.Ed / Post Graduate/ Graduate / EECD with relevant experience of 2-7 years.

 Willingness to travel to geographical locations.
