Role Description The Project Executive (Civil & MEP) role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves overseeing day-to-day project execution for civil and MEP works, including coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. The Project Executive will monitor site activities, review drawings and technical specifications, track project progress, and assist in resolving construction and coordination issues. Responsibilities include supporting project planning, preparing status reports, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to budget and resource plans. The role also requires regular site inspections,



participation in review meetings, and proactive communication with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong civil engineering skills, including understanding of structural works, finishes, and site execution practices.
- Candidates should possess solid MEP knowledge, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems coordination and oversight.
- Candidates should possess project management skills such as planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with construction drawings, technical specifications, and basic quantity estimation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD or similar) for reporting and documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills for interacting with clients, consultants, and site teams, along with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with 2–5 years of experience in civil and MEP project execution, preferably in building or infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of safety standards, quality control procedures, and basic contractual and billing processes is beneficial.
