- Must haves:- Experience level: 5+ years
- Strong Problem solving and Data Manipulation skills using SQL with Banking experience. Hands on experience in SQL is mandatory.
- Valuable data management skills to Identify data sources, target systems and transformation logic required for integrations and migrations
- Good stakeholder management skills: Collaborate with Business, data engineers and ETL developers to ensure accurate data movement between systems
- Requirement Gathering: Analyze business and technical requirements to define data mapping needs
- Understand Legacy system data structures, data models, and business rules to understand existing data relationships
- Other considerations:- Validate data accuracy and completeness through testing and reconciliation
- Troubleshoot and resolve mapping issues or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and quality guidelines
- Good to have Rally, Sharepoint and Confluence experience
