Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree (B.E)

● 0-1 & 1-2 years proofreading experience and basic or mid level experience in MS Office

Required Skills:

● A thorough knowledge of the English language

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Exceptional reading and listening comprehension abilities.

● Concentration, accuracy and excellent attention to detail

● Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

● Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability

● The ability to work to tight deadlines

● Self-motivation

● Should know how to handle the scanner and the photocopy machine along with good computer operating skills.

● Should have better typing speed with a low error rate.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro,

● Knowledge in VBScript (Advanced), HTML Tags & Excel macro applications.

Training:

Team will provide on-the-job training for the new joinees.



We may also provide instruction on how to use the types of documents to proofread & the software we are using.

Proofreader Duties and Responsibilities:

● Reading overall material to ensure that spelling, grammar, punctuation, are correct

● Review documents for typos and grammatical errors, spelling, and tags.

● Proof read the question paper, all the statements for accuracy and ensure it is free from errors.

● Make corrections and errors to the document.

● Reviewing materials to ensure that they contain accurate information as given by the respective faculty. Other Duties and Responsibilities:

● Good in email drafting and time management

● Must be quick in their work and team coordination

● Documentation Specialist

● Willing to take up initiative and responsibilities
