5+years of experience as a test engineer

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, CRT, or similar tools to ensure high-quality regression coverage.
- Perform extensive functional, integration, system, and performance testing across various Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product owners within an Agile framework to ensure quality is built into the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document,



and meticulously track software defects using tools like Jira or Copado DevOps, and work with the development team to verify fixes.
- Analyze and test intricate Salesforce functionalities, including custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, workflows, and process builders.
- Manage test data creation and test setting configurations to ensure accurate, repeatable, and reliable testing scenarios.
- Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members on testing best practices
