Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed research notes on assigned matters.
- Draft, review, and analyze agreements, pleadings, notices, and legal opinions.
- Examine statutes, case laws, regulatory materials, and financial statements for legal and advisory assignments.
- Assist in corporate, tax advisory, transactional, and litigation support matters.
- Support the team in handling matters related to general corporate, company law, indirect tax, intellectual property, and allied legal and regulatory areas.
- Perform research, drafting, and analytical tasks as part of ongoing legal training and assignments.
- Coordinate with legal professionals on advisory, compliance, and litigation-related activities.
