About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer to design, build, and maintain custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly low-code/no-code solutions that streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps
- Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards/reports where required for integrated solutions
- Design and manage Dataverse (or SharePoint/SQL) data models, entities, relationships, and security roles
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party systems and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Write custom connectors, plugins, and use Power Fx for advanced logic
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using solutions, environments, and pipelines (Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps)
- Ensure applications follow best practices for performance, security, and governance
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing Power Platform applications




- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards/documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in Power Apps development
- Strong hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
- Proficiency in Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows)
- Solid understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and/or SQL Server as data sources
- Experience with Power Fx formulas and expressions
- Familiarity with Power Platform ALM (solutions, environment variables, connection references)
- Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD) is a plus
- Experience with REST API / custom connector development
- Understanding of security roles, business units, and role-based access control in Dataverse/D365
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and C# (for custom scripting/plugins) is a plus
- Experience with Power BI for reporting/dashboarding is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or equivalent
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Prior experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
