About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Pre-Counselling Interns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their study abroad aspirations, and scheduling counselling sessions with our senior counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.

* Understand students basic requirements, such as preferred country, course, and budget.

* Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest level.

* Schedule counselling appointments with the admissions/counselling team.

* Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.

* Assist in data management and lead allocation.

* Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication with prospective students.

* Support the counselling team in achieving monthly targets.

Eligibility:





* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

* Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
