Are you a certified Personal Trainer passionate about transforming lives through fitness We are seeking dedicated trainers to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Personal Trainer, you will conduct individual or group fitness sessions tailored to clients needs and goals.
As this is a home-based personal training opportunity, we require trainers who reside in or near the following areas:
- Build individualized exercise programs
- Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed
- Monitor clients fitness levels
- Explain protected and proper use of gym equipment
- Lead both individual and group training sessions
- Research new exercise techniques and trends
- Promote the gym's fitness packages and plans
- Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies
- Inform clients about gym safety and hygiene guidelines
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with customers
- Advise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed
Requirements and Skills:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized fitness certification
- Previous personal training experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles, techniques, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness objectives
- Punctual, professional, and dedicated to providing exceptional service
