Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a deep understanding of modern web architecture, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, product-focused environment, contributing to architectural decisions, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across both frontend and backend systems.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and integrations to support business requirements.
- Translate product requirements, UI/UX designs, and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full technology stack.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services that support frontend applications and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to define, build, and deliver impactful features.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making and system design.




- Maintain and evolve application architecture to ensure long-term scalability, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions with a focus on system stability.
- Contribute ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to improve products, processes, and engineering standards.
- Strong problem solving.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- React.js, Next.js
- Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Backend

- Node.js, Express.js

- Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
- Backend performance optimization and scalability

Databases

- MongoDB or similar databases
- Database design, indexing, and query optimization

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong experience building backend services using Node.js and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture patterns.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of security, scalability, performance optimization, and system design principles.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
