Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Utility Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of utility systems for a Greenfield Liquid ORS pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in pharmaceutical utility operations, project execution, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance to ensure uninterrupted plant utilities and adherence to cGMP & WHO-GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute utility systems for the Greenfield manufacturing project.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of WTP, RO, Purified Water System, Air Compressors, Chillers, Boilers, ETP, and STP.
- Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of all utility equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, contractors, and vendors during project execution.




- Maintain utility documentation, SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and logbooks.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy optimization initiatives.
- Lead and supervise the utility team and external service providers.
- Support equipment qualification, validation, and regulatory audits.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 7+ years in pharmaceutical utility management.
- Hands-on experience in Greenfield pharmaceutical projects is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical utility systems, preventive maintenance, and GMP documentation.

Note: Candidates with exposure to Liquid Oral, ORS, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Food Processing, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing plants will be preferred.
