About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our range of Cutlery, Crockery, Kitchenware, Tableware, and Houseware products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B and B2C sales, dealer/distributor management, and business expansion within the consumer durables or kitchenware industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify and acquire new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts,



and business development plans.

Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.

Required Skills

Robust sales and business development skills.

Experience in dealer/distributor network development.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Knowledge of Consumer Durables, Kitchenware, Houseware, Cutlery, Crockery, or Tableware products.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

2 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Channel Management.

Experience in Consumer Durables, Kitchenware, Houseware, Cutlery, Crockery, Tableware, Stainless Steel Products, or related industries will be preferred.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development activities.
