We are hiring for US Non-IT Engineering Recruiter roles in Hyderabad.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment
- Source and screen candidates for Engineering and Non-IT requirements
- Recruit for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Supply Chain, Telecom, Utilities, and related Engineering domains
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing
- Robust experience in US Non-IT and Engineering Recruitment
- Good understanding of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience using job boards and ATS tools
- Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
