Capital Markets Specialist | Company: Adfactors PR | Location: Mumbai & Delhi | Practice: Capital Markets IPO Advisory | Experience: 12 years to 18 years

We are seeking a senior advisory leader to build and lead our Capital Markets Advisory practice, with a primary focus on IPOs. This is a leadership-level mandate designed for professionals who have worked in public relations, investment banking, management consulting, legal counsel, capital markets, investor relations, media, or other strategic advisory environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic IPO Advisory

1. Advise IPO-bound companies on building corporate and investor brands through strategic positioning.
2. Counsel C-suite executives on effectively communicating the equity story within regulatory guardrails.
3. Partner with promoters and executive leadership teams to build relationship capital with media and market stakeholders, while enabling promoters to effectively communicate their business narrative.
4. Develop communication plans and story banks based on internal and external research to achieve communication objectives.
5. Design crisis preparedness frameworks, plans, and protocols to identify and mitigate potential reputation risks.
6. Monitor traditional and social media environments to identify, assess, and pre-empt reputation risks,



and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
7. Conduct audits and advise clients on managing digital assets, including websites, LinkedIn, Wikipedia, and geo-discovery platforms, to support Pre-IPO and IPO communication programmes.
8. Understand client requirements and mobilize multiple specialist teams within Adfactors PR to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client objectives.
