Job Description

This role is ideal for someone interested in customer communication, voice support, and client servicing. You'll interact with customers over calls, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Understand customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests, service updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM or support systems.




- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
- Achieve daily productivity, quality, and customer service targets as defined by the organization.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing courteous, empathetic, and solution-oriented support during every interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service delivery.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with relevant teams to support process and service improvements.
- Adhere to company policies, communication standards, and quality guidelines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
