Designation : Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and store administration.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Manage manpower requirements, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, shift planning, leave, and overall team performance.
- Drive walk-in conversions and promote Ajmal's perfume and gifting range.
- Ensure stock availability, timely replenishment, inventory accuracy, and minimal stock discrepancies.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store ambience, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Monitor billing accuracy, daily sales reconciliation, and prepare sales/MIS reports.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints while ensuring high customer satisfaction.




- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with HR, Warehouse, Operations, and other departments for smooth store functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Graduation Preferred
- 3–5 years of retail store management experience, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, luxury, or fashion retail.
- Strong leadership, manpower management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of retail sales, KPIs, inventory management, Billing Software, and MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail setting.
