Management Information System (MIS) / Business Intelligence
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret business data. The ideal candidate will support decision-making by creating reports, dashboards, and actionable insights related to sales, production, inventory, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze sales, production, inventory, and distributor data.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts, Lookup Functions).
- Identify business trends and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
- Support management with data-driven recommendations.
- Generate KPI reports for various departments.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Finance, and HR teams.
- Maintain documentation for reports and data processes.
- Assist in data automation and process improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- B.Sc. Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science
- BCA
- B.Com
- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science, IT)
- Any graduate with Data Analytics certification
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers with solid analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
