Membership Portfolio & Services (MPS) is companywide Centre of Excellence to provide Product & Data Solutions. The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), a global organization that sits within USCS and is responsible for providing Digital best-in-class Customer Experience globally. As part of the portfolio, one of the remits is to provide Communications Centre of Excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-servicing communication experience.

The open role is for Servicing Communication Testing (SCT) team under ECMX, leads the transition of the POD communications platform to an in-house POA platform for servicing communications. As a team, the focus is on driving engagement, satisfaction and revenue through a combination of best-in-class user experience through communication with compelling features and functionality globally.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can help achieving the Testing targets for Communications to the Raven POA platform (including but not limited to Paper, Email, SMS and Mobile App PUSH Notifications).

Responsibilities

The Servicing Communication Testing Team members will be responsible for Testing letter, email, PUSH and SMS building phases for all business partner communication needs. In addition, he/she will lead the requirements phase along with test data support driving efficiencies within the current business process and letter authoring capabilities development and training

Automation & Efficiency





- Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with structured reporting and evidences
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive validation tasks
- Contributes to building lightweight automation and support integration of automation using tools/scripts (Selenium, Java, Python, SQL, or other testing tools)
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech) to clarify requirements and expectations
- Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, and validation outcomes
- Provide regular updates on testing status, risks, and timelines
- Explore new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency

Qualifications

- Graduate with a maximum of 11 months of hands-on experience in Testing, UAT, or QA (Non-BTech/Technical background)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, exposure to automation, scripting (Python / SQL / basic automation tools)
- Understanding of digital communications, API basics, system workflows, or data
- Curiosity to learn and implement automation-first testing approaches
