1. Manage and coordinate communication with key stakeholders including sarpanches, government officials, partner organizations, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of program activities.
2. Translate and localize documents, reports, presentations, communication materials, and meeting notes between Telugu (Fluency level: ability to speak, read and write), Kannada and Hindi (Fluency level: ability to speak and understand) and English (proficient)
3. Support planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, field activities, and stakeholder engagements, including regular follow-ups and tracking action items.
4. Collect, maintain, and analyze program-related data and field inputs to support reporting, decision-making, and program monitoring.
5. Assist in drafting communication materials, summaries, reports, and outreach content in Marathi while ensuring timely documentation and information sharing.
6. Coordinate internally across teams and externally with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, timely execution of tasks, and smooth operational support for the Sarpanch Samvaad initiative.
