Job Description:

Position: HR Head

Location: Goregaon - Mumbai

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- Oversee HR strategy, policies, and processes across the entire organisation
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all departments
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters at all levels
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.) organisation-wide
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits structure
- Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
- Manage the HR budget and the HR team (including Factory HR)
- Handle senior-level hiring and organisational structuring




- Report to management on HR metrics, workforce planning, and organisational health
- Build and maintain company culture, policies, and the employee handbook

Required Skills:

- Valuable in communication.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
