Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that nurture children's growth and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all students.
- Encourage social interaction and cooperation among students to foster a sense of community.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their growth and development.
- Communicate openly and regularly with parents about their child’s progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.




- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Solid understanding of childhood development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
