LeanSip is building India's next-generation smart beverage vending network, serving fresh protein shakes, coffee, electrolytes, pre-workout, and wellness drinks through automated vending machines across gyms, universities, corporate offices, and premium spaces.
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance & Operations Executive to ensure our machines remain clean, fully functional, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned LeanSip vending machines according to the daily schedule.
- Perform thorough cleaning of the machine exterior, dispensing area, touch screen, and surrounding space.
- Clean and sanitize internal components as per the SOP.
- Refill ingredients, cups, lids, and other consumables.
- Inspect ingredient quality and check expiry dates.
- Monitor inventory levels and report refill requirements.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and report technical issues requiring advanced servicing.
- Ensure machines remain operational with minimal downtime.
- Take before-and-after photographs during each visit for quality records.
- Update visit reports through the company's mobile application or WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding maintenance status and machine performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at every location.
- Represent LeanSip professionally while interacting with clients and partner locations.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of smartphones for reporting and communication.
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
- Good communication skills and a qualified attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies when required.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Basic electrical or mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience with vending machines or coffee machines is an advantage.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
Working Hours
- 6 days a week
- Rotational shifts based on operational requirements
- Flexibility for early morning or evening visits when required
Performance Expectations
- 100% scheduled machine visits completed.
- Machines maintained to LeanSip cleanliness standards.
- Timely reporting of faults and inventory shortages.
- Minimal machine downtime.
- Positive feedback from partner locations.
