DIVYA BHUMI DEVELOPERS is looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital advertising, lead generation, and social media marketing, with a strong focus on generating quality real estate leads through Meta and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Create high-converting ad creatives using Canva or Photoshop.
- Edit Reels and promotional videos using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for better CPL and ROI.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Assist with WhatsApp marketing and basic SEO activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic experience with Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop.
- Video editing skills using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in Real Estate Marketing is preferred.
