An Accounts Executive manages daily financial operations, including maintaining ledgers, processing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. They ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist with budgeting, and support audits. Key skills include proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel) and strong analytical skills.

- Financial Records: Maintain accurate general ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Payables/Receivables: Manage vendor payments and client invoicing/collections.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Compliance: Handle tax filings (VAT, GST, TDS) and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Budgeting: Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budget preparation.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Competencies: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and numerical proficiency.
