Complete Cooling Solutions LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for HVAC projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of tenders through various government and private procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor tender opportunities on government and private procurement portals.
- Download, review, and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation, purchase, accounts, and project teams for tender preparation.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Maintain records of EMDs, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other compliance documents.
- Track tender status, bid openings, clarifications, and award notifications.
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and vendor registrations.
